We provide education and support to help patients follow the care plan from their registered dietician to improve their nutritional habits and overall health. Help them understand the plan and any steps they need to take to reach their goals, make a note of changes they are willing and unwilling to make, etc. Provide feedback to dietician to help evaluate and adjust the plan where necessary. Important: We do not provide support for complex treatments such as IV nutritional therapy (parenteral nutrition) and Tube feed.
