Our Health Helpers visits patient's home to provide education and support with appointments and medical appointment preparations. Or simply to be present with the patient so that they are not alone. If needed, utilizing students who are fluent in multiple languages to help with understanding health information. This will help reduce barriers associated with work schedules and a much-needed respite for family members.
