Fill the form to request a visit. Wait for a Health Helper to get in touch with you. Or you can browse and contact a desired Health Helper.

You can schedule for the same day or up to a month.

2.    Wait a Bit

You can either wait for a Health Helper to get in touch with you or browse and contact the Health Helper you see fit for your visit.

You can chat with them or just check their professional profile.

3.    Pick the Right Health Helper

Our platform allows you the luxury of picking the best Health Helper from the ones matched to you.

4.    Enjoy a Job Well Done and Give Feedback

Welcome your Health Helper who will be a new ally in your health journey and we would appreciate your feedback.

How it works for Health Helpers

1.    Create a Professional Profile

Tell us a little about yourself and upload a professional picture. Short and clear, to help our members or patients to get to know you.

2.    Browse and Select your Preferred Visits, or Accept the one Matched to You.

You can either accept a visit matched to you or browse through the visit requests and select your preferred visits.

In some cases, we may call you to assist with a visit for a variety of reasons such as location, language etc.

3.   Call Before You Show Up

Before your visit, call in the morning to introduce yourself. This is required. And please show up on time.

4.   Make money

Go and serve our member nicely, and make money. Be sure to follow our safety guidelines and give a great service.
